The story so far.
A former Australian pop singer turned brow technician, Ivy started Superlight Brows in London after dreaming of a more permanent solution to the daily makeup grind.
Training at ID Liner, the UK's leading PMU academy, Ivy has since attended masterclasses with the industry's top artists Mosha Quintana, Miriam Beganova and Monica Ivani. Specialising in digital brow transformations, Ivy aspires to make effortless brows a reality for anyone with brow FOMO.

Permanent makeup. Isn’t that a tattoo?
Yes, but not as deep as your standard body tattoo. So if the brow gods did not bless you with natural wonders, or you just struggle with the daily makeup routine (no judgement, us too), permanent makeup, also known as cosmetic tattooing, is an obvious choice for those wanting long-lasting, smudge-proof brows.
What’s Micropigmentation?
We’re glad you asked! Micropigmentation and microblading are both permanent make-up techniques, but there are some key differences. Microblading uses a handheld device to carve hair-like strokes into the skin, while micropigmentation applies pigment in very small dots, giving a subtler ‘powdered’ effect. The result is similar to what you’d get if you’d just filled your brows in with your favourite brow pencil or powder. Choose from hairstroke (hand drawn strokes), ombre (shaded) or a combo (strokes at the front, ombre at the back).

Does it hurt?
Micropigmentation should not be a painful treatment, and most of our customers report they feel a scratching sensation. If you are uncomfortable, chat to your technician as everyone feels things differently and we can work with you to make sure your treatment is everything you hoped!
